We’re excited to welcome Kiarra Kirksey to the DGCKids team as our new Administrative Assistant!

Kiarra joins us with a strong background in office management, administrative support, and customer service. Most recently, she served as Office Manager at Youth In Need, where she was the first point of contact for families—coordinating schedules, organizing communication, maintaining office systems, and ensuring everything ran smoothly each day. With years of experience supporting families, handling complex administrative tasks, and fostering a welcoming environment, Kiarra brings both skill and heart to her new role.

At DGCKids, Kiarra is already making a difference—greeting visitors at the front desk, managing daily operations, and keeping our team supported and organized behind the scenes. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and strong work ethic make her a wonderful addition to our staff.

Kiarra shares that she was looking for an organization where she could continue growing professionally while making a meaningful impact—and we’re so glad her path led her here.
