DGCKids is excited to welcome Tenika Floyd, MSW, as our Family Support Specialist!
Tenika relocated from Texas to St. Louis to join the DGCKids team, bringing with her a background as a foster parent and hands-on experience supporting children with disabilities. That combination has shaped a commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care to every child and family she works with.
As Family Support Specialist, Tenika works closely with families to provide guidance, resources, and advocacy that promote stability and growth.
She’s committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where families feel heard and valued. In this role, Tenika will help connect families to community resources and ensure that each family receives individualized support tailored to their unique needs.
