Josh’s journey is a powerful testament to the mission of Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments: empowering children who are blind or visually impaired to reach their full potential. Diagnosed with Congenital Glaucoma, Josh began his path at DGCKids at age two, where he received the support and resources needed to thrive!

Today, Josh is a double major in Finance and Sports Business Management at Maryville University with sights set on the 2028 Paralympics in Track & Field. He’s a proud member of the St. Louis Blues Blind Hockey Club and the U.S. Blind Hockey Team.

His story is a shining example of how the right support can brighten a child’s future.

A huge thank you to Josh and his family for so graciously sharing their journey. Josh, whether you’re charging down the ice or racing on the track, your friends at DGCKids will be cheering you on every step of the way!

Thank you to Seth at Regular Guy Creative for your time and talent in creating this video!
