ST. LOUIS — DECEMBER 17, 2007 — Former Cardinals outfielder Andy Van Slyke and wife, Lauri, graciously opened their Ladue home in support of the Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments 17th Annual Holiday House. The Holiday House champagne brunch and silent auction was held on Sunday, December 9 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. Proceeds from the Holiday House benefit the Center.

"The support of Lauri and Andy Van Slyke has been wonderful," said Libby Donnell, chairman for this years event. "We are very thankful for their generosity to the Center and for their willingness to host this years' Holiday House."
The champagne brunch included a silent sports auction, holiday caroling, and a jewelry boutique which raised over $30,000 for the Center. Frank Cusumano, Sports Director for News Channel 5, was this years' Honorary Auction Chairman.
