For $2 each, you can be stylish while spreading the word that the Delta Gamma Center provides services to children who are blind or visually impaired. To get your glow in the dark "see possibilities" bracelet while supplies last, visit the Delta Gamma Center. Buying these bracelets contributes to continuing the services provided by the Delta Gamma Center to children who are blind or visually impaired. Help spread the word of the fine work done to help our children reach their potential and fully participate in their families and communities. Thank you for your support. Parent to Parent Training OfferedDelta Gamma Center has had a small parent to parent program for many years. Through this program, parents of children who are newly diagnosed with a visual impairment, or parents who are facing a new situation with their children, can talk with a trained experienced parent who has been through a similar situation. Support parents can provide less experienced parents with the hope that they need to get through difficult times. The success of our program is dependent upon having trained parents who are willing to reach out to others. If you are interested in sharing what you have learned with other parents, please consider participating in this training. A link to more information on the training is below. The training is being provided by Jane St. John of SOS - Sharing Our Strenghts - Missouri's statewide parent to parent program. Please contact Debbie Chapuis if you have any additional questions - 314-776-1300, ext. 101. Additional Parent to Parent Training Information. "OUT IN THE COMMUNITY NEWS"ST.
